Mr. Obi is the Chief Valuation Officer in the Cayman Islands Government. He leads the Valuation Office which is responsible for advising the Government on all real estate matters including acquisition, disposal, leasing and management. He also has delegated responsibility from the Minister of Finance for the assessment and collection of stamp duty on all real estate transactions.

Mr. Obi has over 25 years real estate consultancy experience gained in the UK and Caribbean within the private and public sector. He is a member of the RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) Global Governing Council, RICS Caribbean Advisory Group and previously served on the RICS Americas World Region Board. Also, he is the RICS Cayman Chapter Chair. Furthermore, he serves as the Chairman, First Baptist Christian School Board and is a deacon of the Church.

Mr. Obi holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Estate Management, a Master’s degree in Property Valuation and Law and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Systems Analysis and Design from the City University Business School in London, England. He is married to Jondo and they have 2 children. He enjoys playing and watching soccer.

Ms. Keisha Yates is the Finance Manager at the Port Authority of the Cayman Islands. She has over 20 years of experience in the field of accounting within the Cayman Islands Government.

Ms. Yates’ experience covers all aspects of accounting including international financial reporting standards as well as generally accepted accounted principles. She is also experienced in preparing financial statements and providing analysis on variances for the Management Committee and Board of Directors of the Port Authority.

Ms. Yates graduated from Barry University in 2002 with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting.

Asaph Scott works in the financial services industry and was previously an Analyst in the Insurance Supervision Division at the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority.

Asaph has a Certificate of Insurance acquired a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics with Actuarial Science and a Postgraduate Diploma in Statistics from the University of Southampton and University College London, respectively. In his free time, he loves travelling around the world and experiencing many different cultures. In the future, he aspires to become an investment portfolio manager and potentially open his own investment consultancy firm.

He has been a member of the Credit Union for 14 years.

Mark Boiteau brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to Credit Union’s Credit Committee. He is currently employed as a Finance Manager at the Cayman Islands Government.

Previously, he served as a Senior Financial Officer at the University of Manitoba, Canada and a Lead Analyst at the St. Boniface Hospital in Manitoba, Canada. With over 20 years’ experience, and as a successful business owner, he specializes in lean process improvement, cost accounting, audit, risk management and forensic accounting.

Mark holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Red River College Polytechnic, Canada and is also qualified as a Certified Management Accountant as well as a Certified Public Accountant.

Keehon Moore is the Acting Supervisor of the Re-Entry & Rehabilitation Department at the Cayman Islands Prison Service.

In this capacity, he serves as the Chair of the Category Review Board, responsible for the risk assessment of offenders. He also supervises the labor development initiative across all three prison facilities, which seeks to prepare offenders for successful reintegration with their families and local community.

Keehon holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree (LLB) from the University of Technology, Jamaica. He also earned certificates in Supervisory Management and Employee Relations and investigations from University of the West Indies and Cornell University, respectively.

Notably, Keehon has achieved the designation of Caribbean Development Educator (CaribDE), reflecting his understanding of financial freedom challenges faced by members and the role the Credit Union plays in achieving this.
As a testament to service, Keehon is the youngest Board of Directors of the Civil Service Association Management Council and an active blood donor.
