ATM Card Requests

Services offered through CUconnect for your ATM Card service are:

Acceptance of ATM Card applications. 

• Our ATM Card application form can be found here.  ATM Card applications can be emailed to CUconvenience@creditunion.ky 

Collection of ATM Cards. 

• Please note that if your ATM Card is not collected within five (5) business days, your ATM Card will be mailed to the postal address on file;

Pinning and Repinning of ATM Cards.

• Pinning and Repinning of ATM cards takes place at any of our ATMs,

When will my ATM Card be Ready for Collection?

Your new ATM Card will be ready for collection within two (2) business days.  You will be notified by email when your card is ready to be collected.
